Respiratory Therapist Ventilator Patient Specialist | Pediatric & ALS Care
Southborough, Massachusetts | Full-Time

Position Details
Location: Southborough, Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
On-Call: 1 week every 4-6 weeks
Territory Coverage: Boston Metropolitan Area
Key Responsibilities

• • Manage ventilation patients in pediatric and ALS care settings
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
  • Provide specialized patient and caregiver education
  • Set up and monitor highly technical respiratory equipment
  • Maintain meticulous documentation
  • Provide on-call consultations
  • Support equipment download and tracking
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:

• • $45–$50/hour depending on experience
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Sign-On Bonus:
    • $2,000 after 60 days
    • Additional $2,000 after 180 days

Qualifications
Required:

• • Active RRT or RN licensure
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pediatric and/or ALS Ventilation experience
  • Proficiency with equipment download software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Deductive problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• • Home respiratory care experience
  • Advanced technical equipment knowledge
  • Experience with Care Orchestrator, Astral software
  • Continuous learning orientation

Physical Demands

• • Lift and transport patient equipment
  • Sitting, standing, walking
  • Close vision for documentation
  • Potential exposure to medical pathogens
  • Comply with N95 mask fit testing requirements
