Job Description Conrad Indianapolis (HOT0CKAF) is looking for a Security Supervisor to join the Team! This includes The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in‑room dining. Classification: Full‑Time Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays Military or law enforcement background a big plus! Responsibilities Assist with the daily supervision and training of Security Officers/Guards. Performs protective and enforcement duties to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the property. Coordinates and leads response to emergency conditions, such as fire, safety hazards, threats to life and/or property. Patrols the interior and perimeter of the hotel to observe and identify potential safety and/or security risks and/or undesirable conditions. Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation.
