Plant Manager

Our client is currently seeking a GENERAL MANAGER in MS. Position Overview The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers while fostering a culture of safety, quality, integrity, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations, including production, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and safety. Develop and execute strategies to meet production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery for OEM and proprietary product lines. Oversee heavy steel fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and related processes in a multi-facility or large-scale manufacturing setting. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is required. Significant plant management experience (typically 8+ years) in a manufacturing environment, with direct responsibility for full plant operations. OEM experience is mandatory — proven track record working with or supplying Original Equipment Manufacturers in a fabrication or component manufacturing setting. Strong background in steel fabrication, heavy manufacturing, welding, machining, or related industrial processes.
