Job Summary TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Los Gatos, California. The role is a 13‑week assignment with 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days. Key Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities As a PT, you will evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians) Bill within the setting following guidelines for the facility Understand and comply with the PT board’s rules and regulations in the respective state Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care Understand adaptive equipment Evaluate and create a plan of care, and modify it as indicated based on patient condition Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience; 1 year required for most candidates, with 6 months acceptable for exceptional applicants. New graduates are encouraged to apply. BLS and state‑specific licensing Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, and bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology. Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
