Apply today! WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience-crafting drinks with precision and personality. You'll deliver warm, attentive service while keeping your bar area running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Take accurate drink orders and prepare beverages quickly and consistently
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and deliver "wow" moments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest areas
- Assist with side work, including stocking, cleaning, and transporting dishware
- Handle payments and operate the POS system with accuracy
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Able to push, pull, stretch, and use your hands and wrists repeatedly
- Prior bartending experience is a plus but not required-we'll train the right fit!
