Become a part of our caring communityWe are looking for a highly motivated Senior Technology Leadership professional to join our IT Operations team. You will support the Lead of the Application Operations Center and Enterprise Post Production Validation teams, with a focus on process automation, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will work with both onshore and offshore resources, ensuring in daily tasks, enhancing application support, and driving improvements in monitoring and validation processes.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Lead to provide operational and strategic support for Application Operations Center and Post Production Validation teams.Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.Drive process innovation by recommending and deploying advanced tools and methodologies for application operations and validation activities.Analyze existing workflows and develop documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices.Oversee daily application support and monitoring activities to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability.Partner with onshore and offshore teams to coordinate task execution and promote consistent adoption of new processes and technologies.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and present findings to leadership.Ensure automation and process improvements comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.Facilitate knowledge sharing, training sessions, and change management activities to support team development and successful project implementation.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and communicate progress on automation initiatives.Ability to create and maintain testing strategies aligned with Humana's Quality Enablement and Test Strategy guidelines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and collaboration skills, working with cross-functional teams.Use your skills to make an impact Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent5+ years of experience in engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical roles.5+ years of technical expertise in Dynatrace, Thousand Eyes, Splunk and other monitoring tools.5+ years of experience in Java and PythonHands-on experience with automation, scripting, and workflow orchestration.Experience with intelligent automation tools (e.g., RPA, process automation, Azure AI, Claude code, GitHub Copilot).Experience using AI-assisted development tools for increased productivity and accuracyStrong communication skills with experience to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnelExperience with unit testing and mockingMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience with Azure or other cloud platforms.Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code.Healthcare or regulated industry experienceDemonstrated ability running large-scale projectsExperience with technology solutions assessments and strategy planning oversightWork at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$106,900 - $147,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
