\nHospital: AdventHealth Durand
\nLocation: Durand, WI
\nStart Date: As soon as credentialed
\nCredentialing: 30-120 days
\nSchedule: 5 or 10 shifts/month (1 Shift = 24 hours)
\nCall: 24/7 call coverage
\nDetails: 25 bed Critical Access Hospital – Trauma Level IV

- Average ED Census: 8-14per 24-hours \n
- \n
- Annual ED Volume: 1800 per year \n
- \n
- Average Inpatient Census- 4-6 \n
Ancillary Support
\nImaging: M-F and on call
\nLab: M-F and on call
\nMobile imaging weekly or as needed
\n2 clinics with physicians and NP’s
\nServices:
\n- \n
- RT/CT: Monday-Friday \n
- \n
- M-F 7:30a – 5p: ultrasound on call \n
- \n
- Interdisciplinary Team Meeting every morning. \n
Acuity: acuity is limited to patients able to be stabilized in the ED and managed on med/surg nursing floor
\nSubspecialty Support: No specialty support in the hospital.
\nEMR: Epic
\nCatchment area/Referring Hospitals: Mayo Clinic Health System Eau Claire, 35 miles. Marshfield Clinic Hospital, Eau Claire 35 miles.
\nExperience + Qualifications

- At least two years of Emergency Medicine experience \n
- \n
- Ability to perform all Emergency Medicine procedures \n
- \n
- Comfortable in an inpatient setting \n
- \n
- Active WI License or the ability to obtain \n

- Two sleep rooms available with queen bed, bathroom and desk. \n
