Junior Brand Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE: PRETZELIZED is looking for a Junior Brand Designer with strong visual instincts, great taste, and no interest in staying in one lane. Reporting to Head of Brand, this role will support creative execution across pack design, social, digital, merch, and marketing touchpoints. This role is ideal for a designer with 1–3 years of experience who's ready to get hands-on across a wide range of deliverables. You'll work closely with the brand team to execute against established creative direction, contribute fresh ideas, and build range fast — this isn't a "design one thing forever" role. One day you're supporting packaging exploration, the next you're whipping up scroll-stopping social content, and the day after that you're dreaming up merch people actually want to wear. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Support pack design work: bring ideas to live with understanding of basic print + packaging considerations, and partner with technical production resources for final execution. Create engaging, platform-appropriate social assets: posts, stories, ads, and short-form video/motion graphics. Design merch: apparel, stickers, and other swag that fans will actually want to wear and use. Support brand campaigns from concept through execution across digital and physical touchpoints Assist with retail marketing materials, presentations, email, and web assets as needed Help translate brand guidelines and visual systems into consistent, high-quality design work Update, adapt, and maintain existing brand assets as the brand evolves Create accurate, well-organized design files across digital, print, and retail applications, working within supplied specs and production requirements"Juggle multiple fast-turn projects at different stages while maintaining strong craft and attention to detail Partner closely with entire marketing team to support launches and ongoing initiatives Stay current on design, CPG, and social media trends and best practices WHO YOU ARE: 1–3 years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design (agency, in-house, internship, or a killer freelance portfolio — we're flexible!), with a portfolio that shows range across social and multi-channel work. Comfortable executing against a brief with guidance and direction from senior team members Comfortable designing for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond Some exposure to packaging or print design is a plus. You don't need to be a technical packaging expert, but you should understand or be eager to learn the fundamentals of designing within real-world production constraints. You have strong visual taste and are curious about how food, culture, design, and the internet can influence a modern brand A creative storyteller with a sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and composition Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma or Canva experience a plus Comfortable with light video/motion editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, etc. a plus) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment A clear communicator and collaborative teammate who takes feedback well and gives it thoughtfully Curious, adaptable, and excited to grow with a scaling CPG brand WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH: This role reports to the Head of Brand and works closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure PRETZELIZED shows up boldly and consistently across every touchpoint.
