Radiology Office Supervisor

The front office supervisor will be responsible for the management and organization of all activities of the front office. Must have initiative and knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology and be able to converse with medical professionals on any level. Must have a good telephone voice and etiquette and be computer literate. Formulates policies and procedures which contribute to the mission of the department and the hospital. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications General Responsibilities: High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum 2 years hospital experience preferred. Prior office management experience preferred. Licensure: None. Certifications: None Computer: BAsic computer skills, Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
