Digital Product Manager

Job Description Overview : The team is based in downtown Palo Alto, CA, a short walk from some of the best lunchtime and ice cream spots in the South Bay. As part of our digital banking onboarding platform team, you and will be responsible end to end for the platform including strategy, product planning, execution, including idea-ting the next disruptive product innovation to grinding it out to get your killer feature shipped. You will utilize your full range of product superpowers, getting into the weeds with our in-house design and engineering teams to both launch and drive growth across a range of digital banking and personal finance products. You will join our small team of product managers in our Palo Alto office who together are reimagining the future of banking. Responsibilities Develop innovative and industry leading products that uniquely serve cross-bordercustomers and differentiate our products from competitors (national and regional banks, emerging direct / challenger banks and FinTechs) Lead and drive, mobile, including product strategy, roadmap, UX, feature definition and integration with 3rd parties experience. This includes new product launches, product extensions and ongoing product management. Prioritize and sequence product initiatives against a mandate Work with technology and analytics to analyze data and conduct experiments (i.e. A/B tests) in order to optimize the product and business metrics, including application completion and customer experience Influence cross-functional peers in order to build a strong partnership in delivering excellent products and services Influence key stakeholders throughout EWB in order to align resources and prioritization #J-18808-Ljbffr
