About the Role As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Auto Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives. You will guide policyholders through coverage needs and policy changes, address billing inquiries, and provide recommendations as you deliver world‑class service.
