Dental Office Operations Leader in Training
PDS Health
PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Riverside, CA, to learn the skills needed to independently run a dental office while completing the OM Development Program under supervision. This role expects eventual independent management in 4-6 months after training. You will be mentored, travel between offices, recruit and develop staff, manage revenue and expenses, and implement the Operational Model to deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr PDS Health
