Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team at our rehabilitation facility in Little Rock, AR. This role is essential in delivering exceptional inpatient rehabilitation services to adults who are on the path to recovery from various conditions, including strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic issues, and other complex health challenges.

• Provide evidence-based nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient conditions.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor their effects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure holistic patient care.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
