Schedule : Full-Time 40 hours/week | 7:30 am- 4 pm | Weekend rotation - one every 6 weeks
Shift Premiums: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm $1.00 | 10:31 pm - 7:00 am $0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm - Sun 11:00 pm) $1.00

What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician , you’ll help keep our senior living community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents, families, and team members. This hands-on role includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, apartment refreshes, and preventive upkeep throughout the community.
We are especially looking for someone with a strong painting background and solid wall-repair skills , as apartment refresh work is an important part of this position. You’ll patch and repair walls and ceilings, complete interior painting, and help ensure apartments are move-in ready. You’ll also assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.

• Complete apartment refresh work, including patching and repairing walls and ceilings and completing interior painting .
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general building upkeep. 
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot repair needs reported by residents and team members. 
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections of equipment, systems, and community buildings. 
• Ensure appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems are functioning properly during apartment turnover and refresh work. 
• Follow established maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and applicable regulations. 
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and replacement materials needed for maintenance work. 
• Provide professional, courteous service to residents, families, and team members while communicating maintenance needs and updates. 
• Document completed maintenance, repairs, and inspections and report major concerns to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a senior living or residential community setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
• Position requires a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.

Preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or a related field.
