As a Welder, you'll play a key role in the production process, ensuring products are built to precise specifications and meet the highest quality standards.

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components
• Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment for production runs
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications
• Inspect completed welds and finished parts to ensure quality requirements are met
• Grind, clean, and finish welds as needed
• Track production output and complete daily production reports
• Identify and report equipment, material, or quality issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards

• MIG welding experience - work experience, schooling, or side work
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

• Welding certification required
• Experience with fabrication processes
• Flux-core welding experience
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience

Monday through Friday

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Overtime opportunities may be provided based on production demands.

This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, IL.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
