This role involves working in an acute care setting, primarily in Interventional Radiology, and demands expertise in supporting radiologists with various procedures. Candidates should be prepared to work independently on smaller cases and as part of a team for larger angiography work.

Key Responsibilities of the Interventional Radiology Technologist

• Assist Radiologists during procedures with scrubbing beside and coordinating the room
• Schedule and code procedures
• Process post-procedure films with charting and billing case supplies
• Utilize Epic EMR, Sectra Pacs, Toshiba IR Machine, Siemens Ultrasound Unit
• Float to assist in other departments such as Cat Scan when needed

Requirements of the Interventional Radiology Technologist

• 3+ years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
• BLS Certification
• ARRT (R) Certification
• North Dakota Medical Imaging Board registration (NDMIRT)
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
