Loeffel's is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our customers through dependable service, honesty, and professionalism. This is a full-time, salaried position with the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses .
Responsibilities
- Look to obtain NEW customers adding to our growing clientele.
- Continue to build and maintain strong relationships with NEW and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot service-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Conduct regular customer communication and site visits to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer contracts and account information.
- Continue to grow our customer base by identifying new business opportunities while maintaining exceptional service for existing customers.
- Work closely with our team to ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales, or related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Honest, dependable, and professional with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clean & valid driver's license for customer visits.
