Certified Nurse Aide Cna Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse and other healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
