Qualifications 5+ years of management experience, Nice to have: 2+ years in the water conditioning industry. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in managing and creating business plans within a for‑profit organization. A strong track record of successful employee management and development. Strong technological skills, including proficiency in various finance and business‑related software systems.
