Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Maintenance TechnicianReporting to our Maintenance Manager, this is an on-site, non-exempt position. The organized, self-motivated individual in this position is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as robots, conveyor systems, and production machines/equipment.Responsibilities:Troubleshoots and repairs production machinery/equipment such as robots, conveyor systems, thermoforming machines, extruders, auxiliary equipment, racking systems, etc.Adjusts functional parts of devices and control systems/instrumentsRepairs and/or replaces defective partsInstalls special functional and structural parts in devices/machinesWorks in a fast paced environmentIdeal Candidate Will Have:High school diploma or GED (industrial maintenance and/or mechatronics certificate a plus)3 or more years mechanical maintenance experience in a production environment maintaining production equipment (thermoforming experience preferred)Understands and can diagnose issues using electrical printsHas the ability to troubleshoot PLC issuesResourcefulness and problem-solving aptitudeExcellent communication skillsStrong electromechanical backgroundWhat You'll Get:Competitive compensation and benefits, including paid time off.401K Employer MatchFree Private GymFree Chaplain/Counseling ServicesProfit Sharing/Bonus ProgramDisplay Pack is an equal opportunity employer.
