Automotive Repair Order & Billing Specialist

Let’s keep the shop moving and the numbers right. If you’re the kind of person who loves turning complex repair orders into clean, accurate invoices—and doing it fast—you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do

• Review every invoice for accuracy: odometer readings, labor times, and parts used.
• Adjust mileage, time, and markups to match each customer’s preferences—training provided by George & Rick so you know the nuances.
• Enter and maintain key account data in Fullbay + QuickBooks.
• Find and execute ways to improve how we invoice—fewer steps, fewer errors, faster cash.
• Work closely with Cash Management to help drive on-time payments and strong collections.
• Coordinate with service writers, parts, and technicians to schedule work, order parts, and onboard/organize customer accounts.
