The Hardee’s General Manager leads daily restaurant operations, drives sales and profitability, and builds a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional customer service, food safety, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain efficient restaurant performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees to support team success.
• Manage sales initiatives and monitor performance against business goals.
• Control inventory and maintain appropriate product levels.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures.
• Manage cash-handling processes accurately and securely.
• Train employees and monitor operational performance.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel for training to North Carolina

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of profit and loss management.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Conflict-resolution skills.
