We are looking for experienced, responsible, and hardworking Baristas to join our team at Uniqlo Coffee's first U.S. location. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. You will play a key role in crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining store operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. We are excited to bring our signature dedication to excellence to the caf environment and are seeking passionate individuals to help us shape this new venture. Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 / hour. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times. Ensure composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Uphold company standards for beverage and food preparation. Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs. Regularly clean, restock, and organize the caf space. Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties. Handle cash transactions accurately. Communicate promptly with management regarding operational needs or issues. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment. Guide and train new hires to maintain service and quality standards. Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year). Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and sanitation regulations. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic math and computer skills. Strong ability to assess and meet customer preferences. A passion for hospitality and creating a positive customer experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
