I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of three. Since opening my agency, I've been passionate about helping customers understand their insurance needs and building relationships that last. We believe insurance is about more than selling policies - it's about educating customers and creating personalized plans that help protect what matters most. As an Account Associate , you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
