Job Share- CRNA - CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth - Beaumont, TX-$330,000 (1099) with 26 Weeks Off

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join the non-call team at CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. This role offers a rare no-call schedule, allowing you to fully disconnect after your shifts.

Position Highlights:

• $330,000 annually
• 26 weeks off
• 1 week on/1 week off
• 1099 Position
• Block Scheduling- Mix of 8's, 10's and 12's
• Diverse case types : General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Urology, Endo, CV, Neuro, OB, and Vascular
• Anesthesia team includes 25 CRNAs and 9 Anesthesiologists across hospital and outpatient settings
• Daily staffing:
  • Main hospital: 3 MDs and 8 CRNAs
  • Outpatient centers: 1 MD and 4 CRNAs
• Supportive and collegial culture with excellent teamwork across the OR
• New grads are welcome and supported with training and mentorship
• Malpractice and tail coverage provided
