Working alongside our experienced team, youll have the chance to develop diverse skills and build your career./ppAs the Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator, you will work onsite on in Anchorage, AK and will be responsible for ensuring the dealership receives payment for warranty work, by accurately preparing, submitting, and following up on invoicing. Including manufacturer campaigns and Product Improvement Programs. This role may also involve performing clerical and administrative tasks to support overall dealership operations./ppResponsibilities:/pulliProcess all warranty paperwork and electronic claims within manufacturers timelines./liliCoordinating with Accounts Receivable regarding work order, once finalized and the customer has been notified (for cash accounts only), the invoice is forwarded to the Accounts Receivable team./liliPrepare internal reports on service performance, work order status, and claim recovery./liliOpens and logs work orders upon shop request./liliCreate and manage service work orders, ensuring accuracy in customer and equipment information./liliVerify criteria required for warranty payment by manufacturer./liliUnderstand key CASE equipment platforms (e.g., backhoes, skid steers, dozers, excavators, tractors) and associated systems./liliPrepare, submit, and track manufacturer warranty claims and campaign (PIP) repairs./liliMaintain an up-to-date understanding of heavy equipment systems, OEM campaigns, and service bulletins./liliArrange for request parts to be returned to manufacturers./liliResubmit all rejected claims promptly./liliAssist with reconciling the warranty receivables./liliTrack warranty parts by work order, date of replacement, and date to be disposed./liliMaintain warranty and PIP records as required by the warrantor./liliComplete special projects as assigned./liliPrepares customer, internal, and warranty work orders for closing./liliProcesses external vendor invoices (shop supplies, sublet repairs) and bill to appropriate work order./liliPromote a clean and organized work environment, supporting shop safety protocols./liliAssist in resolving customer complaints or service issues in a timely and professional manner./liliWork in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulpSupervisory Functions:/ppThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities./ppKnowledge, Skills Abilities:/pulliBasic knowledge of warranty reimbursement process, Case New Holland (CNH) and ability to perform related tasks./liliKnowledge of CASE construction equipment, including skid steers, backhoes, dozers, loaders, tractors and Case New Holland (CNH) Web Academy./liliAbility to troubleshoot service issues and coordinate efficient resolutions involving technicians, parts, and warranty departments./liliWorks effectively with technicians, parts personnel, warranty admins, and sales staff to ensure smooth service department operations./liliAbility to stay calm and productive under tight deadlines, customer demands, and unexpected service requests and diagnostic procedures./liliKnowledge and ability to stay current with CASE product updates, changes, and evolving service practices./liliKnowledge and understanding in basic accounting practices./liliKnowledge of dealership practices and manufacturer relations./liliAbility to use standard office equipment and perform clerical/administrative tasks./liliExceptional time management skills./liliAbility to be detail oriented, organized, and proactively follow-up as needed./liliAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals./liliAbility to actively listen, with strong verbal and written communication skills./liliAbility to work in a team environment and ask for assistance when needed./liliBasic knowledge of computer business software applications presently used by the Company. Ability to learn new applications. Microsoft package is preferred./liliAbility to type 45 WPM and use the 10-key by touch./liliAbility to read and understand documents such as warranty guidelines, safety rules, Companys Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)./liliAbility to adapt to changes in tasks in the work environment; manage competing demands and change approach to best fit the situation. Must be able to deal with frequent delays, and unexpected tasks as assigned./liliBasic knowledge of heavy equipment. Models and functions in the construction industry./liliAbility to maintain a professional appearance./liliAbility to work in a Native Corporation multi-business environment./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required./liliMinimum of one (1) year related experience and/or training required; a degree from an accredited college or technical school is acceptable in lieu of experience./liliExperience typing and using database and word processing software; Microsoft preferred./liliValid state drivers license and qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Companys Driving Policy./liliAbility to pass drug, driving and background screenings./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliKnowledge of dealership practices and manufacturer relations preferred./li/ulpWorking Environment:/ppThe work environmental characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
