In this role, the candidate is responsible for overall direction of construction projects and is a key member of the Operations/Project Management Department. Responsibilities include establishing project objectives and policies, maintaining relationships with prime client contracts, and monitoring construction and financial activities through on‑site PMs or Construction Managers. Key Responsibilities As Project Manager, you will be part of a leadership team dedicated to directing the day‑to‑day management of the project. Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting. Manage schedule, determine project objectives, policies and procedures. Complete buyout of subcontractors and vendors. Initiate and maintain liaison with client, architect and/or engineer. Provide technical assistance with interpretation of drawings, methods and equipment needed. Represent company in project meetings. Prepare and submit monthly job status reports that outline project priorities and issues. Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices. Responsible for client satisfaction. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Assist with preparing bids and proposal submissions to clients.
