Job Summary

A leading capital program management and infrastructure consulting organization is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support large-scale capital construction and infrastructure programs. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a senior scheduling professional with deep Primavera P6 expertise and a strong background in complex construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and schedule risk management.

The Master Scheduler will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules that support successful delivery of major capital projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure work in a collaborative, professional environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed, logic-driven project schedules for complex capital construction and infrastructure programs.
- Create cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules, including labor, equipment, sequencing, and dependency planning.
- Establish schedule baselines, monitor progress, and perform variance, critical path, and time impact analyses.
- Review contractor-submitted schedules, coordinate revisions, and evaluate schedule changes for accuracy and feasibility.
- Track key milestones related to permitting, inspections, commissioning, equipment installation, and project dependencies.
- Prepare schedule reports, time-scaled charts, risk updates, and recommendations for project teams and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $95,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Position type: Full-time, direct hire.
- Work arrangement: 100% on-site.
- Schedule classification: Exempt.
