Recruitment Specialist

Recruitment Specialist (Part-time) Regional office of an Atlanta based company is seeking a part-time Recruitment Specialist to join their Charlotte team. You will be responsible for maintaining the flow of applicants including screening, interviewing, and sourcing for a prestigious client base. 25 hours a week. Responsibilities Sourcing candidates from a variety of job boards Create job posting. Screen and set appointments for applicant inquiries. Interview and present opportunities to candidates Present candidates to clients for job opportunities and follow up with clients for feedback. Conduct assessments of applicants and record results Conduct employment verification/reference checks for applicants and note responses. Input employee applications into internal system and process maintenance to be sent to the Corporate Office. Record background/credit/drug results Process Payroll weekly Perform quality checks with clients. Market candidates to clients to generate job orders. Visit Client sites to learn more about their culture and business needs. Attend Client lunches to build rapport. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Great Communication Skills both written and verbal.
