Cultivation Technician (Temp-to-Hire)
Our client is a premier cannabis organization comprised of an extensive team of seasoned operators with years of experience in cannabis cultivation and distribution. They leverage a vast network throughout the cannabis, distribution, manufacturing, and retail industries to bring a high level of quality to their customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Cultivation Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Holliston, MA.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Cultivation Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Holliston, MA.
Role Overview
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Pay: From $19 / hour
- Holliston, MA 01746
- Expected Hours: 40 hours / week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Plant Maintenance: Provide daily care for cannabis plants, including watering, pruning, and trimming.
- Health Monitoring: Perform regular inspections of plants to ensure health and quality standards.
- Harvest Activities: Participate in the full cannabis harvest process, including offloading, harvesting, and sanitizing equipment.
- Post-Harvest Processing: Assist with hanging materials, drying, curing, destemming, and trimming.
- Waste & Compliance: Manage the milling and destruction of cannabis waste and dispose of materials according to strict state compliance guidelines.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean grow facility and machinery through continuous systematic sanitizing.
- Data Accuracy: Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials and track data during each cultivation phase.
- Regulatory Standards: Ensure all information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with state regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Demands: Ability to move, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stamina: Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods while maintaining focus.
- Experience (Preferred): At least one year of experience working in a cannabis cultivation environment.
- Work Style: Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently or within teams using keen judgment and resourcefulness.
- Environment: Experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment while adhering to strict compliance laws and SOPs.
- Attitude: Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward others.
