Hospice Clinical Manager RN

Overview Gentiva Hospice is expanding services in northern King County, Washington State! We are opening a new branch location in Bellevue, and are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Manager (Clinical Manager, RN) to join our hospice team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director or Administrator, you will oversee patient care activities to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, compliant hospice services. This leadership role involves managing clinical operations, coordinating care, and developing staff to uphold the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
