F&B Attendant

F&B Attendant Starting hourly rate: $19.00 per hour. F&B Attendants are responsible for providing an excellent guest experience by taking food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part‑time, event‑based position located in the Food and Beverage Department of the Honda Center. Hours fluctuate depending on the arena event schedule. Responsibilities Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner Assist guests with POS system at various concession stands throughout the building Expedite guest food orders in a timely manner at concession stands or portables Stock product, set up condiment stations, cashier and POS stations, and display baskets Thoroughly complete all station set‑up and breakdown responsibilities Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment Partner with other team members to ensure food and beverage quality Assist in preparation of food items Check concessions equipment to ensure proper use Understand and execute responsible alcohol service Maintain proper sanitation and food safety Be comfortable navigating the arena and assisting guests Support any food & beverage departments as needed Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers Skills Minimum 18 years of age Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast‑paced evolving environment where guest satisfaction is always the goal Works well with others; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with fellow workers and supervisors Ability to multi‑task Strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills Exceptional organization and prioritization are a must Must be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures Must perform physical requirements, including bending or lifting to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods of time Flexible schedule – candidates must work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Education & Experience Education: Less than high school.
