This role is ideal for a multi-skilled trades professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of small to medium repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, and general maintenance.Diagnose issues on-site and recommend effective, honest repair solutions.Communicate with customers to help them understand the scope of work and manage expectations about cost and timing.Create life-long customers.
