Job Summary:
The Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse position is located in Mesa, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for surgical patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. • Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in the state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which the applicant is applying is desired, including at least one year in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Professional certification is advantageous.
• Additional Information: Employees working at specific healthcare facilities such as behavioral health hospitals, hospice, or skilled nursing facilities must possess and maintain applicable Fingerprint Clearance Cards as specified for each facility.
