Company Description Trauma Center Association of America is a national, small non-profit trade association located in Mooresville, NC. The Education & Project Manager will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of educational programs and projects at the Trauma Center Association of America. This position will analyze and interpret the needs of members and recommend revisions in the program to improve member benefits. The Education and Project Manager will collaborate with subject matter experts and TCAA staff to create engaging and informative content for healthcare professionals. This role is critical to advancing TCAA’s mission by ensuring that all educational programs and online courses are innovative, high-quality, accreditation-compliant, and effective in delivering top-tier trauma program training. Role Description The Education & Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mooresville, NC. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering educational programs for clinical and non-clinical members, ensuring that content aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The Education & Project Manager coordinates project timelines, tracks milestones, and manages resources to support successful implementation of education initiatives and related operational projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, designing and updating training materials, facilitating webinars or presentations, and monitoring program effectiveness. This role also involves preparing reports on CE activities, outcomes, and participation, managing project documentation, supporting budget planning for educational projects, and communicating progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders and accrediting bodies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration or a related field along with relevant licensure (e.g., RN, NP, PA). Masters degree in education, public health, healthcare administration or a related field is highly preferred. Required qualifications include experience in healthcare or a trauma-related setting, as well as extensive knowledge of trauma and the healthcare needs of trauma patients. Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly, facilitate discussions, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, such as planning, organizing, tracking deliverables, and managing timelines across multiple initiatives. Program Management experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating education or training programs within a complex organization. Background in Education, adult learning, or training, with the ability to develop engaging content and learning experiences for varied audiences. Budgeting skills to support planning, monitoring, and reporting on resources for programs and projects. Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, learning management systems, project management platforms).
