In this role, you will work with agility, reliability, and integrity, using teamwork and a people-first approach to assist shoppers, visitors, and staff throughout the location.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other assigned areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, while maintaining a professional presence and assisting with access and directional support when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
