We utilize a wide range of metal forming techniques and special manufacturing processes, servicing the commercial, military, regional jet, helicopter, and general aviation markets.Position SummaryThe production supervisor plans and directs employee schedules, training, and general work. Motivate and inspire team members for optimum performance in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence individual and team plans and schedules. Set performance goals and monitor progress and actions towards goals.
