Must-Haves
Strong hands-on Entra ID / Azure AD security engineering
Experience configuring:
Conditional Access
Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
Cross-tenant / federation access
Ability to analyze Entra sign-in and audit logs
Preferred
Azure / cloud infrastructure experience
Active Directory (hybrid)
Microsoft 365
Certifications (nice-to-have, not required):
CISSP / CCSP
Microsoft / Azure IAM certs
Experience Level
