Associate Quality Hardware Engineer

Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role. Engages cross-functionally with other technical / engineering teams to define product quality requirements (quality figures, CTQ, acceptance criteria), determine hardware design direction, develop concepts, drive production processes and test prototypes. Plans, conduct and documents thorough design quality tests to ensure that hardware operates properly, is defect-free, robust, and meets specified standards and end-user requirements. Utilizes a structured root cause analysis method to analyze and perform tests to reproduce and resolve problems. Reports progress on QA project status and problem resolution to leadership. Develop test methods and tools to automate and harmonize test procedures as needed.
