Marketing PMO Manager

Insight Global is hiring a Marketing PMO Manager. Our client is standing up a new Marketing PMO from the ground up and is looking for a senior marketing-focused PMO leader to design, establish, and run the function. This individual will own the end-to-end PMO setup, oversee a growing portfolio of marketing initiatives, and provide leadership with clear visibility into project status, priorities, roadmaps, and outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep marketing domain expertise, strong PMO execution skills, and a proven track record of long-term ownership and delivery within complex environments. This is a 12-month ongoing contract and pays $65-$68hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10-12 years of experience in Marketing Project Management and/or Marketing PMO leadership.
• Proven experience building and operating a PMO, ideally within a marketing or digital organization.
• Strong background in marketing transformation initiatives and complex, multi-project environments.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing campaigns, including the Google and Meta ecosystems.
• Familiarity with campaign structure fundamentals (audiences/targeting, creative, placements, objectives).
• Working knowledge of MarTech platforms and marketing terminology, enabling effective collaboration with technical and marketing teams.
Strong ability to create, manage, and communicate roadmaps, timelines, and portfolio-level views.
