At Always Best Care Senior Services – Greater West Houston , we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need support with daily living activities. We take pride in delivering care that promotes personal dignity, safety, and emotional well-being.

As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to support an active client case in Houston, TX (77053) .

These positions are for an active case and offer short and split shifts with bonus pay available .

Greater West Houston
Current Need: Houston, TX 77053

Sunday – Saturday

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Basic one-on-one in-home care and light housekeeping support.

• Follow the care plan outlined by a supervisor to assist with daily living activities
• Provide companionship and ensure client safety
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Monitor and observe the client’s overall well-being and report any changes
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care experience is a plus)
• CNA certification is ideal but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed

• Up to $25/hour (Bonus pay available for these specific shifts)
