Job Description:
The Adobe Analytics Report Developer will play a critical role in leveraging digital analytics to optimize customer experiences and business performance within the auto financial sector.
This position focuses on designing| developing| and maintaining Adobe Analytics reports and dashboards that provide insights into online loan applications| financing products| customer engagement| and digital marketing effectiveness.
The role requires close collaboration with marketing| finance| risk management| and IT teams to ensure data-driven decision-making aligned with industry regulations and business goals.



Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Adobe Analytics reports and dashboards tailored to auto financing products such as loans| leases| and insurance offerings.
Collaborate with business stakeholders in marketing| finance| and risk to gather reporting requirements specific to auto financial services.
Implement and validate tracking for digital channels including websites| mobile apps| and partner portals to capture customer behavior related to auto financing.
Analyze customer journey data to identify trends in loan applications| approval rates| and product uptake.
Monitor digital campaign performance and provide insights to optimize acquisition and retention strategies for auto finance customers.
Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations regarding data privacy and reporting standards.
Troubleshoot data quality issues and work with IT and data governance teams to maintain data integrity.
Provide training and support to business users on Adobe Analytics tools with a focus on auto finance metrics.
Stay current with Adobe Analytics updates and auto financial industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.



Qualifications
Proven experience with Adobe Analytics in a financial services environment| preferably within auto finance or related sectors.
Strong understanding of auto financial products (loans| leases| insurance) and associated customer behaviors.
Knowledge of digital analytics best practices| web tracking| tag management (Adobe Launch preferred)| and data visualization.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing| finance| risk| and IT.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting data collection and reporting in the financial industry (e.g.| GDPR| CCPA).
Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for translating complex analytics into actionable business insights.
Bachelors degree in Finance| Marketing Analytics| Information Systems| or a related field preferred.
