Mercy South Mercy Neighborhood Ministries Program Coordinator Full-Time, Days Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, social work or health related fieldrequired Experience: 5 years of health-related experience with demonstrated subject matter expertise. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Master's in Public Health or related field Experience: 5 years of healthcare experience, experience developing programming that address health equity and social determinants of health, experience. CBISA data entry experience. Other Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Is knowledgeable of health assessments, screenings, and health equity programs. Can gather and collect data for financial purposes. Data-driven decision-making abilities. Demonstrates strong verbal, including public speaking, and written communication skills. Ability to work with diverse community groups and individuals. Demonstrates understanding of epidemiology and social determinants of health. Ability to develop strategic work relationships both internal to Mercy and externally with community-based organizations and regional partners. Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word.
