Join Our Team as a Floating Leasing Professional!
As a Leasing Professional, you'll help prospective residents find their next home while supporting move-ins, lease documentation, and resident satisfaction. Your day-to-day interactions with prospects and residents will play a key role in creating a welcoming community.
Through professional communication, reliable follow-through, and exceptional customer service, you'll help build trust, provide a positive living experience, and support the success of our community.
Compensation and Incentives
- Excellent Base Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hour
- 20% Rent Discount
- Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
- $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Hours & Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- Weekend hours required
- *Schedule subject to change based on business needs
What We'll Expect from You:
- Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
