Insurance & Financial Services Representative Sales Leadership Opportunity

The Varnadore Agency is seeking a high-performing Insurance & Financial Services Representative who excels at building relationships, closing business, and guiding clients toward long-term financial security. This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). Candidates with FINRA Series 6, 63, or 65 are strongly preferred. Not yet licensed? What We're Looking For

• A sales-dominant mindset with 3+ years of success in insurance, financial services, or similar high-performance environments
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales goals
• Strong communication, networking, and consultative selling skills
• Active P&C and Life & Health licenses required
• FINRA Series 6, 63, or 65 strongly preferred
• An entrepreneurial, solutions-driven approach to helping clients achieve long-term security
