A little about the job....
- Responsible for the planning, coordinating, providing and documenting for terminally ill patients from the day of admission through the day of discharge.
- Develops and implements a hospice plan that meets each patient’s specific needs and is in compliance with JC, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines as well as CVMC’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications for the job...
- Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed by State of Alabama.
- Must possess a current Alabama driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
- One year previous nursing experience required.
- Hospice experience preferred.
