• Prepared and served alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Delivered exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Verified customer identification and complied with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Processed cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately while balancing the cash drawer.
• Maintained a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Monitored inventory levels and restocked liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and bar supplies as needed.
• Recommended drinks, upsold premium beverages, and promoted featured menu items.
• Prepared garnishes, syrups, and other bar ingredients to ensure efficient service.
