Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily operations of a high‑volume retail pharmacy, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely dispensing of medications while delivering exceptional patient care. You will supervise and develop pharmacists and technicians, oversee scheduling, workflow, and inventory, and maintain strict compliance with state and federal regulations, including controlled substances and immunizations. Partner with store leadership to grow clinical services, optimize quality and performance metrics, and build trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and the community in a fast‑paced retail environment.
