This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to process improvements, and build your leadership skills by mentoring others and collaborating across departments.Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.Generate financial reports and summaries to support business decisions.Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close activities.Assist with tax filings, contract administration, and fixed asset accounting.Provide guidance and support to accounting team members.Qualifications and Requirements:3+ years of accounting experienceBachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or Business AdministrationStrong Excel skills and experience with ERP systemsSolid understanding of sales and use tax regulations, with strong analytical abilitiesBenefits and Perks:Comprehensive benefits package401K with a generous company matchPaid holidaysYour New Organization:This organization is all about building a great team and creating an environment where people can thrive and grow.
