Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
• Costing and posting vehicle deals
• Processing bank deposits
• Funding and paying off vehicles
• Processing sales commissions
• Handling dealership paperwork and documentation
• Responding to accounting and administrative inquiries
• Assisting with additional office duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous automotive bookkeeping or dealership accounting experience required
• CDK experience is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

Pay: $52,000 $75,000 per year Job Type: Full-time
